Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in helping. This promises to be a great event for the whole community.

As a volunteer, your duties may include setting up on the day of the event, directing traffic during the event, assisting vendors as needed, distributing materials to attendees, and helping to cleanup. You can help out in the morning, afternoon or throughout the day. In addition to being fun, this is a great way to give back to the community.

IMHS is happy to sign off on documentation for any organization requiring proof of volunteer hours.

Event Details:

Location: Carla’s Classic Cars, 447 Oakshade Rd., Shamong, NJ 08088- entry from Indian Mills Rd.

Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026 (rain date 10/4)

Time: The event is from 9:00 AM until 4 PM
