We’re excited to welcome car enthusiasts to our 2nd annual Shamong Day featuring a classic car show, handmade goods, antique finds, local businesses, games, raffles, and prizes, an inflatable slide, local food, and community spirit!

Car Show Schedule:
8:00am to 10:00am Car show arrival, check-in and parking
10:00am to 12:30pm Judging window
1:30pm to 2:00pm – Award announcement and presentations

- Best Antique Car (Pre 1940s) – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Classic Car (1941-1960) – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Classic Car (1961-1980) – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Classic Car (1981-2001) – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Muscle Car – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Unique/Exotic Car – 1st & 2nd place
- Best European – 1st & 2nd place
- Best Japanese – 1st & 2nd place
- Best in Show – overall
If you’re interested in reserving a vehicle display space, please complete the application below. There is no charge to reserve the space. Fees are only collected if you attend the event. Please note that if you are trailering your vehicle, you will need to unload it and park in a designated parking area due to limited space. Thank you for your interest!
Day-of registration is welcome. The first 20 pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative Indian Mills Historical Society America 250 ornament.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Attendees will be entering the back parking lot from Indian Mills Road, HOWEVER, Car Show contestants will enter from Carla’s MAIN ENTRANCE in the FRONT of the building. There will be signage and volunteers to help direct traffic.
Vehicle Registration Fees
Fees support the event as well as help support fundraising efforts by the Indian Mills Historical Society: $25 per vehicle collected day of the event. Return participants are $15 per vehicle.
